Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta
  • 800 g broccoli
  • 150 g almond (s), flakes
  • salt
  • Parmesan, fresh
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles al dente. Wash, clean and cut the broccoli into small pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan with a lid, add the finely chopped garlic cloves and fry briefly. Add the broccoli and fry with it. Pour up some water and cook the broccoli very soft. Pour in more water in between.
  3. In the meantime, lightly brown the flaked almonds in a pan without fat over medium heat. As soon as the broccoli is cooked, add the pasta. Put the lid on the pan and shake vigorously so that the broccoli and pasta mix well. Then add the flaked almonds and stir in a little parmesan. Possibly season with salt.
