Ingredients

  • 4 broccoli
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 400 g bacon, diced
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Separate the small florets from the broccoli and wash. Peel and finely dice the onion and add to the broccoli florets. Fry the bacon cubes in the pan and add them as well. Mix the mayonnaise with the sugar and apple cider vinegar well and pour over the salad. Leave to steep in the refrigerator overnight until ready to eat.
  2. Attention: Must be prepared one day before consumption!
