I am so pleased with the trend that more and more people follow the laws of healthy eating. At least a couple of days a week, I stick to the “right” recipes, from which there is something to choose from. Let’s get started?
Cook: 35 mins
Servings: 4
Ingredients
Green beans – 450 Grams
Green Onions – 1 Bunch
Egg yolk – 1 Piece
Broccoli – 1 Piece
Vinegar – 1 Teaspoon
Lime – 1 Piece
Salt – 1 Teaspoon
Ground black pepper – To taste
Ground Red Pepper – To taste
Olive oil – 150 Milliliters (50 ml – for vegetables, 100 ml – for dressing)
Directions
Rinse the green onions well. Chop the white part, and leave the greens in water with cold water.
Refuel. In a blender, combine chopped white onions, vinegar, yolk, lime juice, both peppers, half the salt, and zest from half the lime.
Then pour in a quarter of the oil and beat the sauce.
Continue pouring in the oil and whisking the dressing.
Heat 50 ml oil in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Add broccoli in inflorescences and beans to it.
Simmer vegetables for 5 minutes. Then, turn on medium heat and toss in the green onions.
Cook, stirring occasionally, for another 10 minutes. Finally, salt the vegetables.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables. Salad ready!
