Ingredients

  • 200 g pasta
  • 300 g broccoli
  • 150 g peas, frozen
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 150 ml cream
  • 25 g parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. 4 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the broccoli to the pasta water. Add the peas 2 minutes before the end.
  2. Fry the minced meat and season with salt and pepper. Add the cream and the parmesan and bring to the boil briefly.
  3. Mix everything together in a saucepan. More Parmesan can be used if necessary. If it is too firm, add a little pasta water.
