Ingredients

  • 100 g broccoli
  • 50 g potato (s)
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon oil, neutral

Instructions

  1. Wash the broccoli and cut into small florets. Peel thick stems and cut into small pieces. Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Put the potatoes with approx. 150 ml of water in a small saucepan, bring to the boil, cook on a low temperature with the lid closed for approx. 10 minutes. Add the broccoli and cook for another 10 minutes.
  3. Process the potato and broccoli mixture with the hand blender into a light pulp, using the cooking water if possible.
  4. Stir in the oil. Let the porridge cool down to serving temperature.
  5. The porridge can also be produced in larger quantities and frozen in portions.
  6. Instead of broccoli, other vegetables such as carrots, fennel, cauliflower, turnip, parsnips can be used.
