- Peel and dice the potatoes. If necessary, clean and wash the broccoli and cut into florets. Boil both in salted water for about 15 minutes.
- If necessary, let the salmon thaw a little, then cut into small cubes. Fry the cubes in oil until golden brown, season with salt and pepper, add the potatoes and broccoli.
- Bring the broth to the boil and stir in the sour cream. Now add the cream cheese and let it melt. If necessary, bind with a sauce thickener and season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (top / bottom heat). Put the potatoes, broccoli and salmon in a baking dish, season again with salt and pepper, then pour the sauce over it, sprinkle with the grated Gouda cheese and bake for about 20 minutes.
