  • 500 g broccoli, frozen
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g ribbon noodles
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 125 g Gouda, rated
  • 30 g butter
  • 30 grams flour
  • 375 ml vegetable stock
  • 125 g whipped cream
  • 350 g smoked pork

Instructions

  1. Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. At the same time, cook the pasta for about 8 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, dice the Kasseler and fry in hot oil. Drain the broccoli and pasta.
  3. Melt the fat and stir in the flour. Deglaze with the stock and cream, bring to the boil and season with salt and pepper. Stir in half of the cheese.
  4. Mix the broccoli, pasta and smoked pork, place in a baking dish and pour the sauce over it. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 25 - 30 minutes.
