Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Make a shortcrust pastry from flour, eggs, butter and salt (possibly a little more flour) and wrap in cling film in the refrigerator for 1 hour (can also be done overnight).
  2. Grease and flour a 22 springform pan and roll out the dough so that an approx. 2 cm high edge stands up (or divide the dough and roll out a base plate and form the edge from the rest) and prick the base with a fork.
  3. Pre-cook the broccoli and spread on the dough (drain well), cut the camembert into pieces and spread over the top. Mix the egg, sour cream and the spices into a sauce and spread over the broccoli and cheese. Scatter onion greens (or spring onions) cut into rings on top. In the oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes.
