Ingredients

  • 400 g broccoli, frozen
  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 g cream cheese with herbs 0.2% absolute fat
  • 30 g processed cheese, liht with 10% absolute fat
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ vegetable stock (instant powder)
  • 40 g cheese, rated, liht with 17% absolute
  • Paprika powder
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Briefly cook the broccoli in salted water until al dente and drain. Then put in a baking dish. Slowly heat the milk, cream cheese and processed cheese until the processed cheese has melted. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika powder, nutmeg and vegetable stock. Add the grated cheese and pour the sauce over the broccoli. Then bake the whole thing in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
