  • 150 g ham, cooked
  • 200 g sheep`s cheese, alternatively cow`s milk feta
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 250 g cream
  • pepper
  • salt
  • Nutmeg, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for approx. 5 minutes, drain, cut into bite-sized pieces if necessary and place in a baking dish.
  2. Dice the ham and feta cheese and spread over the broccoli. Mix the eggs with the cream and whisk briefly, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour the egg cream over the other ingredients.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack at 175 ° C (top-bottom heat) for 30-40 minutes until the egg cream is firm and has turned a golden brown color.
