Ingredients

For the ground:

  • 100 g butter or mararine
  • 80 g quark
  • 125 g flour, (wheat flour)

For covering:

  • 400 g broccoli, trimmed in small florets or cubes
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 200 ml cream or milk
  • 200 g cheese, rated, e.. Emmentaler
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Knead the ingredients for the base quickly and press them into a flat pie form or springform pan, leaving an edge of 3 to 4 cm. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until the dough begins to take on color.
  2. Pre-cook the broccoli in salted water, drain and place on the pre-baked base with a bite. Dice the feta and distribute it as well. Whisk the cream, egg and cheese together and pour over the broccoli feta cubes, season with salt, pepper and oregano. Be careful with salt, as feta is quite salty!
  3. Now put back in the oven and finish baking at 175 degrees, about 20-30 minutes. Serve warm.
  4. A fresh salad and a glass of wine go well with it.
