Ingredients

  • 350 g broccoli
  • 200 g feta cheese (cubes; in oil, drained weiht)
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 100 ml cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 4 minutes, drain.
  2. Drain the feta cubes, collect the oil and distribute them on the quiche dish, pour the broccoli over them. Mix the eggs, cream, milk, pepper and salt and pour over the broccoli.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven (200 degrees) for 30 minutes until the surface turns golden brown.
  4. A mixed salad goes well with it.
