Ingredients

  • 500 g broccoli
  • 500 g pasta (macaroni)
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable stock, (instant)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 150 g sour cream or creme fraiche
  • 4 tablespoon sauce thickener, lighter
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and cut the broccoli into florets. Peel the thick stem and cut it into small pieces. Bring 400 ml of water to the boil, add the instant stock and stew the broccoli in it for 5 minutes.
  2. Cook the pasta as instructed.
  3. Drain the broccoli while collecting the broth.
  4. Dice the onion and ham and sauté in a saucepan with the butter. Deglaze with the broth and bring to the boil briefly. Stir in the sauce thickener and bring to the boil again. Fold in the sour cream or creme fraiche. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  5. Now fold in the broccoli and the cooked pasta.
