Ingredients

  • 500 g broccoli
  • 100 ml almond milk (almond drink)
  • 1 handful almond (s), sweet, sliced
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Divide the broccoli into really small florets, free the stalk from the hard shell and cut into small pieces as well.
  2. In a wide pan with a lid, pour enough almond milk until the bottom is well covered. The specification 100 ml can vary depending on the size of the pan, it can also be more. Then add the broccoli and almonds and put the lid on. Boil it up once and then reduce the heat massively and cook the broccoli until it is firm to the bite.
  3. Salt at the end.
  4. As a side dish it is enough for 2 people, as a main course only one of them will be full.
