Ingredients

  • 500 g round beef
  • 1 onion (s), finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 125 ml vegetable stock or poultry stock
  • 200 ml sour cream, cremefine or cream
  • salt and pepper
  • little chilli
  • possibly tomato (s), diced

Instructions

  1. Cut the broccoli into very small florets and cook in salted boiling water for about 3 minutes (make a test, it should be crisp, but not stay too hard). Drain through a sieve.
  2. Fry the minced meat in the hot oil until crumbly brown, add the onion cubes and sweat them too. Stir in tomato paste and briefly toast. Pour in the broth and stew for 10 minutes. Season to taste and refine with sour cream. Heat again and mix in the cooked broccoli.
  3. Best served with pasta.
  4. Tip: If you want, you can add tomato cubes (not cooked and with the skin on) under the finished dish, it creates a nice color effect, cools the dish immediately and has a special charm for (my day) children due to the raw consistency.
  5. A recipe in which all of my day children strike and each of them likes to eat their broccoli.
