Ingredients

  • 250 g turkey schnitzel
  • 200 g pasta
  • Salt water
  • 300 g processed cheese
  • 1 bottle Cremefine for cooking
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 heads broccoli
  • 1 large onion (s)

Instructions

  1. Divide the broccoli into small florets and cook in salted water until firm to the bite. Pre-cook the pasta in salted water. Cut the turkey escalope into pieces and the onion into rings.
  2. Fry both in oil. Put the broccoli, pasta, meat and onions in a baking dish. Put the cremefine and the milk in a pan and warm up. Then add the processed cheese and let it melt. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  3. Put the sauce in the baking dish as well. Sprinkle the casserole with cheese and place in the preheated oven at 175 ° C for 30-25 minutes.
