Instructions

  1. Put on a saucepan with salted water and when the water boils, sprinkle in the pasta, stir and simmer for 3 minutes. Then add the finely chopped broccoli florets and cover and cook over a low flame for another 5 minutes together with the pasta. Drain, return to the saucepan and pour in the cream. Season with salt, pepper, a tiny bit of chilli (only for flavor enhancement, does not spice up) and nutmeg, stir in the cheese and turkey breast slices and stir in the sour cream. Heat and season to taste again.
  2. Since I prepare the food in the morning, I put it in the fridge when I am ready. At lunchtime I add a small amount of water to the pasta, stir it well and then heat it up to the desired heat level. Depending on the age, you can change the crispness of the broccoli. I serve the dish to my very young children of the day very softly, while my over two-year-olds also like to eat a little crunchy broccoli.
  3. As a variant, the dish can also be served with diced zucchini. However, this is by no means as popular with my day children.
