Ingredients

  • 600 g broccoli, frozen
  • 350 g spiral pasta
  • salt
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 200 g cream
  • 2 pinches nutmeg
  • pepper
  • 100 g Emmentaler, rated
  • Butter, for the mold

Instructions

  1. Thaw the broccoli in a colander.
  2. In the meantime, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water for 10 - 12 minutes until al dente. Drain and drain well.
  3. Cut the ham into thin strips.
  4. Grease a baking dish with butter. Carefully mix the ham, pasta and broccoli and place in the pan. Whisk the eggs with the cream, salt, nutmeg and pepper and pour over the ingredients in the tin. Sprinkle the Emmentaler on top.
  5. Baked in a preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 25 minutes until golden brown.
