Ingredients

  • 500 g broccoli
  • 500 g pasta
  • 125 g shrimp (s) or crayfish
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 0.25 liter ¼ vegetable stock
  • 200 g cream
  • 125 ml white wine,
  • some flour
  • Curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 50 g butter or mararine for fryin
  • Chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Divide the broccoli into florets. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Finely dice the onion.
  2. Cook the broccoli in salted water for 4-5 minutes. Lift out the florets with a slotted spoon. Put the pasta in the boiling broccoli water and cook.
  3. Heat some of the fat in a saucepan and braise the mushrooms in it, seasoning with salt and pepper. Take out the mushrooms. Steam the onion cubes in a little fat until translucent. Dust some curry and flour over it and sweat it. Deglaze the onions with the broth, the cream and possibly the white wine, if no children are eating. Bring the liquid to the boil and add the mushrooms again. Let the sauce simmer for 3-4 minutes. Briefly heat the prawns or crayfish in the sauce. Season the sauce to taste with salt and curry.
  4. Drain and drain the pasta. Heat the remaining fat in the saucepan and toss the broccoli and pasta in it. Serve both with the sauce and garnish with chives.
