Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta (Spirelli)
  • 300 g broccoli, fresh or frozen
  • 300 g Goronzola
  • 200 g blue cheese (Bavaria Blue)
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup sweet cream
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Clean fresh broccoli and cut into florets (not applicable to frozen broccoli).
  2. Boil the pasta and broccoli separately in salted water for about 10 minutes. Shake both off through a sieve.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and allow the cheese to melt in it - stir more often as the cheese burns quickly. Then add the pasta and broccoli to the cheese sauce and mix everything well. Then add the sweet cream. Now season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, depending on your taste. Let everything simmer again for about 5 minutes (stir constantly, otherwise the cheese sauce will burn quickly). Serve immediately.
