Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 500 g broccoli
  • 4 sausages (Mettwürstchen), smoked
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 packet cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the broccoli and cut into florets. Peel and quarter the potatoes. Cook both together in salted water for approx. 20 minutes.
  2. Now cut the potatoes into slices and put them in a baking dish that has been greased with butter. Pour the broccoli florets on top. Cut the sausages into thin slices and spread on top. Peel the onions and cut into rings, also spread over them. Season the whole thing with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix well and pour cream over them. If desired, sprinkle with grated cheese.
  3. Put in the preheated oven at 180 ° C on the middle rack and bake for approx. 20 minutes. Serve hot.
