Ingredients

  • 750 g potato (s), floury cookin
  • 500 g broccoli
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Peel, quarter and wash the potatoes. Divide the broccoli into smaller pieces, wash. Peel and dice the onion.
  2. Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 5 minutes, then add the broccoli and onion cubes and cook everything until soft, then drain. Press the vegetables through the potato press, add cold butter and mix well with the warm potato mixture.
  3. Finally stir the cream into the puree.
