Ingredients

  • 500 g broccoli
  • 1 onion (s), red
  • 75 g bacon, sliced
  • 3 tablespoon walnuts, crushed
  • 4 tablespoon raisins
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
  • 6 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon yogurt
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the broccoli into small florets. Remove styles. Finely chop the onions. Chop the raisins with the chopping knife, as well as the walnuts. Mix everything in a bowl. Mix a dressing from the remaining ingredients, season with salt and pepper and mix with the broccoli. Let the salad steep overnight.
  2. Heat the pan without fat and fry the bacon until crispy. Drain on kitchen paper and allow to cool.
  3. Arrange the salad on plates and only then crumble the bacon over it.
  4. Tip: If you don`t have walnuts at hand, sunflower seeds also taste very good. I use Miracle-Whip Light a little more sparingly and instead use more yogurt with a trace of sugar.
