Ingredients

  • 300 g broccoli
  • 200 g cottae cheese
  • 100 ml cream
  • 50 g semolina
  • 50 g cheese, rated
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 125 g mozzarella
  • a bit salt
  • some pepper
  • some nutmeg
  • some butter for the pan
  • some breadcrumbs, for the pan

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare broccoli and cut into small florets. Simmer in salted water or steam for 5 minutes until crisp.
  2. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 190 ° C, lightly grease a gratin dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Drain the broccoli, allow to cool slightly and distribute in the pan. Mix the cottage cheese, cream, semolina, cheese and whisked eggs together well. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  3. Pour the mixture onto the broccoli pieces in the form. Cut the mozzarella into pieces and spread over the top. Bake the casserole in the oven for 30-40 minutes until the mozzarella is nicely browned.
