  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar or lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil, or rosemary oil
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • possibly spice mix for tzatziki

Instructions

  1. First, cook the broccoli until cooked. He should still have some bite. Drain the water and let the broccoli cool.
  2. In the meantime, cut the tomato into pieces and mix with the cress, vinegar or lemon juice and oil. Pluck the rosemary needles from the stem and chop finely. If you like garlic, you can squeeze a clove of garlic and add it to the salad. If you want the garlic taste a little more subtle, you prefer to use the tzatziki spice or use less garlic. However, the salad tastes good completely without garlic.
  3. Now mix the cooled broccoli with the remaining ingredients.
