Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli
  • 2 turkey schnitzel
  • 150 g pasta
  • 200 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g cream
  • 150 g cheese, rated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the broccoli into florets and briefly bring to the boil in salted water, drain and drain. Cut the turkey schnitzel into strips, season with salt and pepper and fry in a little oil. Cook the noodles al dente. Heat the cream and sour cream in a saucepan and melt the processed cheese in it over low heat.
  2. First put the broccoli florets in a baking dish, then the pasta and then the turkey strips. Pour the cheese sauce over them and sprinkle with the cheese.
  3. Put in the cold oven and bake at 175 degrees (convection) for 25-30 minutes.
  4. When I make the casserole for my children (III, broccoli) then I use colored pasta, then the broccoli gets lost in it.
