  • 1 liter vegetable stock, instant
  • 4 tablespoon lentils, red
  • 500 g broccoli
  • 1 stick (s) celery
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 100 g pasta (e.. round pasta wheels)
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean the vegetables and cut the celery into pieces, cut the broccoli into florets, cut the tomatoes into eighths or dice.
  2. Bring the vegetable stock to the boil in a saucepan. Add the red lentils and vegetables, cook for about 10 minutes. Add the pasta and continue to cook (depending on the cooking time of the pasta). Season to taste with pepper.
