Ingredients
- 300 g broccoli
- 1 spring onion (s)
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 teaspoon capers
For the dressing:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 squirt lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, dark or light
- salt and pepper

- Clean and wash broccoli and cut into florets. Cook in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. During this time, cut or grate the zucchini into very fine strips. Cut the spring onion into fine rings.
- Mix the ingredients for the dressing.
- Arrange the vegetables and capers on a plate and pour the salad sauce over them.
- Tip:
- Pour the crumbled feta cheese over the salad.
