Ingredients

  • 300 g broccoli
  • 1 spring onion (s)
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 teaspoon capers

For the dressing:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, dark or light
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash broccoli and cut into florets. Cook in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. During this time, cut or grate the zucchini into very fine strips. Cut the spring onion into fine rings.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the dressing.
  3. Arrange the vegetables and capers on a plate and pour the salad sauce over them.
