Ingredients

  • 300 g yourt, Greek cream yourt
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 100 g sweet cream
  • 50 g powdered suar, sifted
  • 1 tablespoon powdered drink, Ovaltine
  • 120 g confectionery, daim
  • some confectionery, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Chop up the confectionery in the lightning chopper or chop it up by hand with a wide knife. Mix all ingredients with the mixer in a tall mixing beaker. Let it stir until creamy in the ice cream machine, this takes about 35 minutes. I then place my ice cream container in the freezer for another 30 minutes so that I can form beautiful balls.
  2. Arrange ice cream and decorate with chopped confectionery. If necessary dust lightly with powdered sugar.
