Ingredients

  • 130 g suar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste or packet vanilla sugar
  • 80 ml oil
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 300 grams flour
  • salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
  • 75 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 380 ml milk
  • 50 g dark chocolate, chopped

  • Oil for baking
  • ice
  • Chocolate sauce

Instructions

  1. For the chocolate waffle batter, sugar, vanilla paste and oil are first mixed together. In the next step, the eggs are added and mixed in well. Then it goes on with the dry ingredients: flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa are mixed together and added to the egg mixture alternately with the milk. At the very end, add the chopped chocolate and the dough can be baked in the preheated waffle iron.
  2. Tip: The brownie waffles taste best right after baking with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce.
