Brownie is a famous chocolate treat that adults and children alike love. And today I will share with you an idea of how to make brownie cookies. It’s easier than the famous dessert, but also delicious

Ingredients
- Brown sugar – 3 Tbsp spoons
- Flour – 5 Art. spoons
- Butter – 100 grams
- Sour cream – 1
- Cocoa powder – 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Liqueur – 2 Art. spoons (you can take rum)
- Egg Yolks – 4 Pieces
- Starch – 1 Art. the spoon
- Soda – 1 Pinch
Directions
- First of all, mix the flour with sugar, soda, starch and cocoa.
- Separately mix the butter with yolks, liqueur (or rum) and sour cream. We need to mix these ingredients thoroughly, so take a mixer
- Add the dry ingredients from the first step to the butter-chocolate mixture. Mix everything thoroughly again, the mass should be perfectly homogeneous.
- Roll small balls from the resulting dough. Cover the baking tray with baking paper. We spread the balls on it, slightly pressing them with a fork.
- We bake in the oven at two hundred degrees for 7-10 minutes. Help yourself!
