Directions

  1. First of all, mix the flour with sugar, soda, starch and cocoa.
  2. Separately mix the butter with yolks, liqueur (or rum) and sour cream. We need to mix these ingredients thoroughly, so take a mixer
  3. Add the dry ingredients from the first step to the butter-chocolate mixture. Mix everything thoroughly again, the mass should be perfectly homogeneous.
  4. Roll small balls from the resulting dough. Cover the baking tray with baking paper. We spread the balls on it, slightly pressing them with a fork.
