Ingredients
Gluten Free Flour – 192 Grams (Oatmeal, Green Buckwheat or Rice)
Rice flour – 40 grams (whole grain)
Cornstarch – 16 Grams
Soda – 12 Grams
Cocoa Powder – 4 Teaspoons
Chocolate – 100 Grams
Sea Salt – 3 Grams
Banana – 170 Grams
Applesauce – 100 Grams
Date Syrup – 160 Gram
Hot water – 30 grams
Hazelnut – To taste
Chocolate drops – To taste
Directions
Prepare all ingredients.
Grind the bananas and applesauce until smooth with a fork or blender.
In another bowl, combine both flours, starch, cocoa powder, baking soda, and sea salt.
In a water bath, melt the chocolate and coconut milk until smooth.
Pour the liquid sweetener and melted chocolate into a bowl of fruit puree. Stir well.
Then pour in hot water, stir quickly and pour the resulting mixture into a bowl of dry ingredients. Stir well.
Pour the resulting dough into a parchment-lined baking dish. Additionally, brownies can be garnished with chocolate drops and chopped nuts. Bake the pie at 175 degrees for about half an hour.
