Bruschetta

Bruschetta is a recipe for an Italian snack called antipasto that can raise your appetite.

Ingredients

  • Baguette – 1 pc.
  • Mozzarella cheese – 150 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Tomato – 3 pcs.
  • Basil – 1 bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Sugar – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic – 2 teeth

Directions

  1. Prepare foods for bruschetta. Wash and dry the tomatoes. Peel the onion.
  2. Cut the onion into half rings, add sugar and salt. Squeeze out.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
  4. Finely chop the garlic. Grind the basil. Salt. Spice up.
  5. Cut the baguette diagonally and dry for 5 minutes in a preheated oven.
  6. Put thin slices of cheese on the baguette.
  7. Put 1 tablespoon each on top. vegetables.
  8. Send the bruschetta to an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 3 minutes.
