Ingredients

  • 8 slices farmer`s bread (s)
  • 150 g shrimp (s), (lobster crab)
  • 1 can beans, (borlotti beans)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 1 hot pepper, hot
  • 1 bunch parsley, torn leaves
  • Extra virgin olive oil, cold pressed
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Trim, wash and cut lengthways the lobster crabs, remove the intestines. Drain the beans. Clean, peel and finely chop the garlic. Thinly slice the peppers and finely chop the parsley.
  2. Fry the garlic, peppers and parsley in a little olive oil in a pan. Add the lobster crabs and fry them briefly, then take them out of the pan and set aside. Put the beans in the pan, toss and heat well, then add the lobster crabs again and mix everything well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear the farmer`s bread in a pan (tip: in a grill pan, your bread gets a streaked effect through the grooves) and arrange on a plate. Top with the lobster crab and beans and serve immediately.
