Ingredients

  • slices of white bread – 10 pcs.;
  • cream tomatoes – 2-2.5 pcs.;
  • provolone slices – 10 pcs .;
  • mozzarella slices – 10 pcs.;
  • basil – 0.5 bunch;
  • spices to taste.

Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices, chop the basil. Combine ingredients, add spices. This filling is best emphasized by a pinch of garlic powder, white pepper, and dried oregano.
  2. Place the slices of bread on the grill pan. Leave the surface of the pan (if not, then the baking sheet) dry, without oil.
  3. On each slice, spread the tomato filling and a slice of each type of cheese.
  4. Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted.
