  • 15 baguette slices, 0.5 cm thick.
  • 4 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon clover honey
  • 0.5 tablespoon. cherry tomatoes cut into 4 pieces
  • 0.75 Art. chopped strawberries
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 1 scoop (200g) burrata cheese, chilled

  1. Preheat oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Brush the baguette slices on both sides with 2 tbsp olive oil. Place the slices on a rimmed baking sheet and sprinkle with 0.5 teaspoon. salt. Bake for 10 minutes, turning the baking sheet upside down in the middle of the bake.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the vinegar, honey, 0.5 teaspoon. salt and the remaining 2 tbsp olive oil; beat until a homogeneous emulsion is obtained. Add cherry tomatoes, strawberries, and basil to the dressing; stir well to coat. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes for all the flavors to befriend.
  4. Drain the brine from the burrata and dry the cheese thoroughly. Tear it into small pieces with a fork. Place some burrata on top of each toast for a creamy center everywhere. Top with a little tomato-strawberry mixture and drizzle with a little dressing.
