Bruschetta with Tomatoes and Cheese

My bruschetta fantasy. An amazing appetizer for a festive table, a light aperitif at a picnic, or just a quick breakfast. Crunchy slice of bread with juicy and aromatic tomatoes and cream cheese. Bruschetta is prepared instantly and will not leave anyone indifferent.

Ingredients

  • Baton – 1 pc.
  • Tomato – 1 pc.
  • Curd cheese (creamy) – 70 g
  • Greens – 1 bunch
  • Vegetable oil – 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Ground black salt and pepper – to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop the tomato and greens (I have dill).
  2. Place in a bowl, add chopped garlic.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, add oil, mix.
  4. Cut the loaf, dry in the oven.
  5. Put a spoonful of tomato mass on a slice of the loaf.
  6. Put cheese on top.
  7. Bruschetta with tomatoes and cheese is ready.
