Ingredients

  • 3 tomato (s), (vine tomatoes)
  • 2 bell pepper (s), green
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 50 g cheese (e.. Emmentaler)
  • 125 ml olive oil
  • 1 pinch (s) sea salt
  • some oregano
  • some basil
  • possibly rocket, to decorate
  • Ciabatta, or baguette

Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes, peppers, onions and cheese into small cubes and mix with olive oil. Then season with sea salt, oregano and basil. Serve on a ciabatta or baguette. You can also decorate with rocket leaves.
