Brussels Cabbage Casserole with Minced Meat and Potatoes

Instructions

Boil potatoes unpeeled, peel and cut into slices. Cook the Brussels sprouts until they have the desired consistency. Fry the minced meat and onions, season with salt and pepper. When the mince is done, fill up with milk and stir in the processed cheese. Season with maggi and lemon juice. Mix the flour and a little milk, stir in to make the sauce thicker. Season to taste with salt or Maggi. Since the potatoes are salt-free, the sauce can be a little stronger.
Grease the baking dish. Add the potatoes, sprinkle the Brussels sprouts on top and pour the minced meat sauce on top. Sprinkle thinly with breadcrumbs and put flakes of butter on top. Put the casserole in the oven at 200 ° for about 30-40 minutes, until the breadcrumbs are browned.
