- 750 g Brussels sprouts
- 250 g bacon
- 4 medium onion (s)
- 100 g butter
- 200 g cheese

- Cook the Brussels sprouts until soft for about 15 minutes. Fry the bacon and onions in plenty of butter. Put the two together in a baking dish and sprinkle the cheese on top. Put the baking dish in the oven for about 20 minutes. Season well before serving.
