Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 240 g flour
  • 100 g mararine, semi-fat
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 100 ml water

For covering:

  • 500 g Brussels sprouts
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 120 g cooked ham

For the topping: (cheese mass)

  • 150 g cream cheese (up to 5% absolute fat)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 4 tablespoon cheese (up to 30% fat in dry matter), grated
  • 2 tablespoon herbs
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Fat for the shape
  • Flour for the mold

Instructions

  1. Knead all the ingredients for the dough into a smooth dough and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Clean the Brussels sprouts and blanch them in the vegetable stock. Then drain well and mix with the ham cut into strips. Mix the cream cheese, eggs, grated cheese and herbs well. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Press the dough into a greased and floured springform pan (quiche pan) and cover with the Brussels sprouts and ham mixture. Pour the cheese mixture over it. Bake the whole thing at 200 ° C for about 30 - 40 minutes.
