  • 125 g bacon cubes
  • 1 bottle Cremefine
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
  • vegetable broth
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Clean the Brussels sprouts and cook in the vegetable stock until they are firm to the bite. Remove half of the Brussels sprouts and cook the rest of the Brussels sprouts until soft. Drain the broth and leave a small remainder on the soft-boiled Brussels sprouts.
  2. Dice the onion and fry it with the bacon in a pan until golden.
  3. Now process the soft-boiled Brussels sprouts with a hand blender while adding the Cremefine to a puree. Add the bacon and onion and season with the spices. Mix the firm Brussels sprouts with the Brussels sprouts puree.
