  • 200 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash Brussels sprouts. Cook in ¼ l salted water for about 15 minutes. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain both and catch the vegetable water.
  2. Dice the sausage. Peel and chop the onion. Heat the fat and sauté the onion. Add flour and sweat with it. Stir in milk and vegetable water and bring to the boil. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir in half of the cheese and season to taste.
  3. Put the pasta, Brussels sprouts and sausage in a large, greased baking dish. Spread the sauce and the rest of the cheese on top. Bake the casserole in a preheated oven (fan oven at 175 ° C) for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
