  • 500 g Brussels sprouts
  • 100 grams bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • Parmesan, freshly grated, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. Cut the lower part of the Brussels sprouts and remove the outer leaves. Quarter the florets. Mix in a bowl with olive oil, salt and pepper. Cut the bacon into strips. Place the marinated Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, the quartered florets next to each other if possible. Spread the bacon on top. Bake on the middle rack for 20 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with parmesan if you like.
