Ingredients

  • Cheese (feta cheese)
  • Chicken egg
  • Flour
  • Breading (e.g. wheat rusks with paprika)

Instructions

  1. We are looking for a piece of cheese in the refrigerator. Or feta cheese, like mine. The piece may not be the freshest. The cheese is the simplest, delights are not necessary. If the crusts of the cheese are very dry, then it is better to cut them off. The rest is not scary! We cut the cheese into cubes (parallelepipeds) of any length, but 1.5-2 centimeters thick, otherwise it will melt.
  2. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan. Or melt the creamy one. But it’s better to mix it, otherwise the creamy foams and splashes very much when alone. Dip the pieces of cheese in flour, in a mixed egg, and then in breading. As a breading, you can take any ground unsweetened crackers, ground oatmeal, ground unsweetened cornflakes, bran. I have a mixture of wheat rusks with red paprika.
  3. We fry the cheese in the batter for 1 minute on each of 4 sides. We spread the finished cheese in batter on a napkin so that the excess oil is absorbed. And we eat with sweet tea. Everything, including finding the cheese, took 8 minutes.

Enjoy your meal!
