Ingredients

  • 1 cube spice paste (crab soup paste)
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 600 ml water
  • salt
  • Pepper, whiter
  • 1 tablespoon cognac or brandy
  • 150 g North Sea shrimps, the meat
  • dill

Instructions

  1. Melt the soup cubes in a saucepan. Mix water and cream and add. Bring to the boil, stirring, and season with salt, pepper and cognac. Rinse the crabs briefly, drain them well and warm them up in the soup. Add dill. Serve with crème fraîche and dill if desired.
