Instructions

  1. Let the buckwheat grains simmer with the milk for 20 minutes and then let them swell until the desired firmness is achieved. Season to taste with sugar and / or agave syrup. If you like, you can also take cinnamon.
  2. Wash, core and cut the apple. Serve the buckwheat mixture and apples in bowls. Warm or cold as breakfast or as a snack.
