Buckwheat With Meatballs, in a Pan

by Editorial Staff

Buckwheat with meatballs is another version of the popular combination of buckwheat and minced meat. We make meatballs from ready-made minced meat, which significantly speeds up the cooking process. Juicy meatballs, saturating buckwheat with meat juices, make the dish more nutritious. Buckwheat turns out to be aromatic and crumbly.
