Buckwheat with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat groats – 1 glass
  • Water – 2 glasses
  • Onions – 1 pc.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Sweet pepper – 0.25 pcs. (taste)
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoon.
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon (taste)

Directions

  1. Fry the diced onion in vegetable oil. Add sugar during frying.
  2. Add finely chopped bell peppers and grated carrots. We mix.
  3. Add buckwheat, salt, and mix.
  4. Pour in water and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. We let it brew.
